How long have you been creating art?
I've been creating art professionally for over 10 years.
How do I commission a custom piece from you?
Fill out the contact details via the tab, and myself or my assistant will get further details from you in order to commence the process. It is important you maintain an open mind, trust and patience throughout this process.
How long will my delivery take?
All Fine Line Print orders take up to 2 weeks to arrive to you, as we print exclusively to order to reduce wastage. Custom Artwork created by Samantha may take longer depending on the current time; we will always communicate the lead times clearly with you at your time of order.
Do you ship worldwide?
All unframed prints are able to be shipped worldwide readily at the checkout, however all custom/framed art orders outside Australia will be priced accordingly upon application based on size, weight and location. Fill out the contact form via the top tab to enquire.
Where are my orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Melbourne; either Samantha’s home studio or her independently ran print studios across Melbourne.
How are your orders packed? Are they safe?
All fine art prints are sent rolled up in a tube; and are insured against damage and loss. All frames/canvas’ are bubble wrapped and are shipped in fragile-friendly packaging using either Aus Post or a courier service.
What is a Giclée Print?
A Giclée Print is the industry standard, museum-grade form of digital print on an inkjet printer, guaranteed not to falter in print quality for up to 100 years.
Do you offer Framing for your pieces?
We do offer framing at an additional cost, made from sustainably sourced Victorian Ash or Tasmanian Oak timber. Finished with a 3mm museum grade plexiglass which is lighter to hang on your walls, is shatter proof and better protects your work from UV damage. Alternatively, we are more than happy to forward you onto our favourite local framers/online stores in order to keep this process the most high quality and cost effective for you.
Am I able to order Prints/Artwork in custom sizing?
Absolutely, fill out the contact form on the site with the piece in question along with your location, and we will send through a direct quote, outlining the costs for you.
I’m not sure what size artwork I need for my space, are you able to assist?
A free of charge service we offer is creating custom mock-ups to scale. Simply email a clear, front on image of the wall space (including your furniture/styling also helps) with a rough width of the designated wall. Let us know what size you’re thinking and we will do the rest for you. Aside from that, assisting with what artwork will suit your space best; is also something we offer.
How long does it take to create a Custom Artwork?
The time of creation will vary depending on the complexity of design of your custom art, along with the size and wait list at that given time. Samantha endeavours to take no longer than 6 weeks per piece.
I just purchased a Mirrored Perspex Artwork, how do I best care for it?
You will receive a Perspex Care card with your piece, but it’s important to note; always dust lightly without any additional pressure from your hands. NEVER apply any liquids or sprays onto the Perspex surface unless otherwise recommended by us. Due to the nature of mirrored Perspex, it is inevitable to have slight marking across the surface – this adds to the uniqueness of your completely original piece. Note that we are unable to refund or replace a piece if you have not followed the according instructions.
What is the best way to hang my artwork?
All framed artwork/canvas’ are strung accordingly at the back for easy hanging. We always recommend nails in the wall primarily for wall art hanging, however, if for some reason that is not possible for you – we recommend using an array non-stick 3M hooks (double or tripled up) in order to reinforce the piece; always following the hanging instructions that come with the package. Please note we are not held responsible for any artwork that has fallen after purchase; however are always happy to help where possible.
